Coral Beach and Southgate will open on Wednesday 5th March 2008 and close Sunday 2nd November 2008.
Golden Acres will open on Thursday 28th February 2008 and close Sunday 23 November 2008. Caravan Letting on Golden Acres is strictly forbidden; any owner who lets will be removed from site.
This season we are including the gas test and drain off charges within the annual ground rent charges, which are shown on the attached statement of account.The insurance cover is available with ourselves or if you take out alternative cover we must have a copy of the policy on file.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CARAVAN OWNERS
Insurance
All caravans are to have fully comprehensive insurance cover.Anyone who has no insurance cover with Coral Beach will be obliged to send us a photocopy of his or her insurance cover by 31 March 2008.Any cancellation of insurance incurs a £25.00 administration fee.
If we have not received proof of your insurance cover by the above date your pitch will not be rebooked.
Drain Off and Reconnection
The cost of the above is included in the ground rent.
Gas Certificates
The cost of the above is included in the annual ground rent and is undertaken every 12 months by Coral Beach's Corgi Registered staff and when they have undertaken the necessary tests to ensure the caravan's appliances are safe a Corgi Certificate will be issued and to the owner and a record of all maintenance works kept on file.All caravan owners letting their caravans need an additional landlords certificate which is available for an additional cost of £10.
PAT Testing of Caravan and Electric Appliances
In accordance with new legislation from 1 January 2007 all caravans and electrical appliances used therein must have an electric PAT Test.
Calor Gas Bottles
Only CALOR GAS BOTTLES are permitted on site.Please note that no gas bottle at any time should be laid on its side under a caravan even if it is empty as this is extremely dangerous. At NO time must GAS bottles be left inside your caravan, andowners who put gas bottles in metal sheds must not lock the shed because in case of emergency we need to access themand the gas fitters need access to do your gas test.As from 1 January 2007 all foreign bottles have been removed from caravans.The prime reason being that Calor Gas Ltd provide the company with product liability insurance.
Storage Boxes
New Rules and Regulations imposed by East Lindsey District Council as from 1 January 2001, which are as follows:(Site Licence Condition)
a)No storage beneath or around caravans
b)Only metal storage boxes allowed – any wooden and plastic (e.g. "Keter"garden storage boxes) will need to be removed.
ALL CARAVANS WHICH HAVE BEEN GAS CHECKED AND DRAINED DOWN WILL HAVE THE APPROPRIATE STICKERS PLACED IN THEIR CARAVAN WINDOW |
